A The Knot wedding website alternative built around your guests
The Knot is one of the best-known wedding brands in the US, and its wedding website is free. Enlázate does one thing: a private digital wedding invitation with RSVP, designed so every guest can reply from their phone in a minute — in their own language.

Two different products
The Knot is a full wedding platform: a huge vendor marketplace with reviews, inspiration, an app, a guest list manager, registry tools and a free wedding website. According to its website (November 2026), RSVPs on the site sync with your guest list, you can customise the RSVP form and send reminders, and a custom domain is a paid extra. It belongs to the same group as Hitched in the UK, Bodas.net in Spain and Mariages.net in France.
Enlázate is not a marketplace and sells no ads. It is a digital wedding invitation with its own RSVP form. Building and previewing it is free; when you are happy, you pay €49 once per wedding to publish it. Your guests see no advertising and no vendor links.
What The Knot does really well
If you are planning a US wedding and want everything in one place, The Knot is a solid choice. If your wedding is in Europe, your guests speak several languages or you want an invitation with a personal RSVP link for every guest, read on.
- Finding and comparing vendors with reviews from other couples — Enlázate doesn’t do this at all.
- Keeping checklist, budget, guest list, registry and website in one account and one app.
- A wedding website at no cost, with RSVP tracking included.
Why choose Enlázate for the invitation
- Personal links: every guest gets a link with their name pre-filled, and their RSVP is tied to them. Send it on WhatsApp with one tap from your guest list. WhatsApp invitations.
- A thorough RSVP: named plus-ones, dietary needs, transport, a song request and up to five custom questions, with live totals. See the RSVP.
- Seven guest languages at once — Spanish, English, Catalan, French, German, Italian and Portuguese — plus up to three of your own. Multilingual weddings.
- Privacy by default: the invitation is kept out of search engines, with an optional access code.
- Your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT and others) can build it for you by connecting to Enlázate.
Frequently asked questions
Is Enlázate free like The Knot?
Building, editing and previewing the invitation is free with no time limit, and so are the guest list and seating plan. Publishing costs a one-time €49 per wedding, with no subscription. In exchange there are no ads and no vendor marketplace.
Can I still use The Knot to find vendors?
Of course. Many couples use a marketplace to find their venue and photographer and a dedicated tool for the invitation and RSVPs. The two don’t conflict.
Is Enlázate a good fit for a US wedding?
It works anywhere, but it is built with European weddings in mind: prices are in euros, invitations come in seven languages and sharing via WhatsApp is built in. For a US-only wedding with a US registry, a US platform may suit you better.
Will our invitation show up on Google?
No. Published Enlázate invitations are only visible to people with the link; search engines are told not to index them, and you can add an access code.
How do wedding gifts work?
The gift section shows your own IBAN, Bizum number or PayPal link, and guests pay you directly. Enlázate never handles the money and takes no fee.
