What the RSVP form asks

Attendance

Their name and the only required question: coming or not? Guests who decline skip the plus-one, dietary and transport questions.

Named plus-ones

You decide how many companions each guest may bring, and each one is entered by name. With the guest list you can set it person by person (Premium).

Dietary needs

None, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or an allergy with details — exactly what your caterer will ask for.

Transport

Own transport, the wedding shuttle, or not needed — so you know how many seats to book.

Song and message

The song that has to be played, and a free message for the couple.

Your own questions

Up to five custom questions, free text or multiple choice: accommodation, next-day brunch, a late coach back…

A reply-by date, and a link to change the answer

You can set an RSVP deadline: after that day the form closes on its own, so no last-minute replies throw off your final numbers.

Every guest who replies gets a private link to edit their answer. If they end up bringing a partner or discover an intolerance, they fix it themselves without messaging you. And if a change affects your seating chart, their seat is freed automatically.

One dashboard with every reply and the totals

There is always someone who leaves you on read. With Premium you can send a reminder email to everyone who has not answered, in one click; to avoid nagging, each guest gets at most one reminder every 72 hours. The guest list shows who has and hasn’t replied, and the analytics tell you how often the personal links have been opened.

How to set up your online RSVP

  1. Choose your questions

    In the editor, switch on plus-ones, dietary needs, transport, song and message, and add your own questions.

  2. Set a deadline

    Optional but helpful: the form closes on its own once that day is over.

  3. Publish the invitation

    Unlimited RSVPs are included in the one-off €49 payment per wedding.

  4. Follow the replies

    From the dashboard, with totals and a CSV export whenever you need one.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need an account to RSVP?

No. They open the invitation from the link, fill in the form on their phone or computer and they are done. Nothing to sign up for or install.

Is there a limit on the number of replies?

No. With Premium (a one-off €49 per wedding) you can receive as many RSVPs as you need.

Can a guest change their reply?

Yes. When they reply they get a private edit link. While the form is open they can change attendance, plus-ones or dietary needs at any time.

What happens when the deadline passes?

The form closes automatically. If someone replies to you by phone afterwards, you can add their answer by hand in the dashboard.

Is the RSVP form multilingual?

Yes. Each guest replies in the language they choose from the ones you enable (English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian and Portuguese), and you can reword the questions per language.

How is the form protected from spam?

Submissions are rate-limited and the form can be protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, a check most guests never notice.
