Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026 ·

English

These terms govern the use of Enlázate, a service for creating online wedding invitations with RSVP, operated from Spain. By creating an account you accept these terms. You can reach the service operator at alvaro.lazaro.g@gmail.com.

1. The service

Enlázate lets a couple build a wedding invitation as a web page, customise it, preview it and, after payment, publish it at its own address so guests can RSVP. Published invitations are private by link: search engines are asked not to index them.

2. Account

Login works through a magic link sent to your email; there are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping control of your mailbox. You must be of legal age to use the service.

3. Price and payment

4. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, publishing the invitation is a digital service that is performed immediately and in full at the moment of payment: by paying, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, once the invitation is published, you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act).

5. Content and responsibility

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep paid invitations published at least until after the wedding date. To the extent permitted by law, the service operator's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected wedding.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will be published on this page and substantial changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain; if you act as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules or of the courts of your place of residence.
